Allowed Certificate Transparency Urls

Specifies URLs where certificate-transparency requirements are not enforced on certificates. In turn, Chromium browser can use certificates that were issued by the Certificate Authority (CA) and not publicly disclosed. If the CA issues illegitimate certificates for a specified URL, they might not be detected.

Only the host name portion of the URL is matched. Wildcard host names are not supported.
