Allow Basic Authentication For Http

By default, Chromium browser allows Basic authentication challenges over non-secure HTTP connections. If you select HTTPS is required to use Basic authentication scheme, Chromium browser allows Basic authentication challenges over HTTPS only.

Note: If Basic is not specified under Supported authentication schemes, this setting is ignored.
