Automatic reboot on device shutdown - DeviceRebootOnShutdown​

Setting the policy to Enabled means FydeOS triggers a restart when users shut down the device. FydeOS replaces all shutdown buttons in the UI with restart buttons. If the users shut down devices using the power button, they won't automatically restart, even if the policy is on.

Setting the policy to Disabled or leaving it unset means FydeOS lets them shut down the device.

  • True = Only allow users to turn off the device using the physical power button
  • False = Allow users to turn off the device using either the shut down icon or the physical power button
