Dashboard and notifications
Use the Dashboard for a quick enterprise summary and the Notification Centre for events that need attention.
Read the Dashboard
The Dashboard shows:
- Enterprise name and member count.
- Total device count.
- Purchased, used, and available quantities by licence type.
- Next billing dates.
- Quick-start videos and help links.
Check available licences before a deployment. A device enrolment can fail or use the wrong plan when the expected licence is unavailable.
Review notifications
- Open Notification Centre → All Notifications.
- Review recent events, including completed enrolment images and offline devices.
- Open the related device or enrolment-image page to verify the event.
- Record or escalate incidents according to your operational process.
Configure notification delivery
- Open Notification Centre → Settings.
- Choose On site and Email delivery where available for:
- ZTE image generated.
- Licences about to expire.
- Licences expired.
- Devices offline.
- Licence suspended.
- Confirm the notification email address.
Some mandatory licence notifications cannot be disabled.
Daily and weekly routine
Daily
- Review offline-device notifications.
- Check failed or delayed enrolment-image jobs.
- Investigate disabled or suspended devices.
Weekly
- Review licence availability and renewal dates.
- Review device status and OS/browser versions under Device Overview.
- Check pending invitations and enterprise join requests.
- Confirm that a second administrator retains emergency access.
